Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving Trap'd to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your Trap'd must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Once Trap'd has been sprayed with insecticide the US Postal Service will not accept it for transit.
To start a return, please email us at info@trapd.com. Please include your order # and the reason for your return. Once your return has been approved, please send the Trap’d carefully packaged as it was received to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if Trap'd is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
